Factory Lisbon

Factory Lisbon is an innovation campus where tech, education, and arts converge. Spanning 12,000 m² with riverfront views, it’s in the revitalized Beato district, home to Lisbon’s creative community. Two historic factories, once owned by the army, are now modern office spaces, blending industrial charm with flexibility.

In 2026 Factory sold its remaining stake in Factory Lisbon to RSI. The deal gives RSI full ownership and a license for the Factory Lisbon brand.
